Hayward SP0524SLED100 Review: We had one installed in 2008 with our new pool and it failed in 2009. The installer said this was common with them and it was replaced. It has again failed in 2011. Friends of ours have had the exact same experience with the light. For our pool which is big (20 X 40) the light given off is good but is not strong in the shallow end.
